
The 2007 North American Summer Meeting of the Econometric Society was hosted by the Department of Economics and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, June 21 to June 24, 2007. The program consisted of contributed and invited papers.
The program included the Presidential Address delivered by Lars Hansen of the University of Chicago, the Walras-Bowley Lecture by Christopher Pissarides of the London School of Economics, and the Harold Hotelling Lecuture by Christopher Sims of Princeton University. It also included a wide variety of plenary sessions with senior participants across diverse areas of Economics including, for example, empirical labor and empirical I/O economics, economic theory, macroeconomics (theory and applied), among many others.
